Dante Moore — Can Michigan make a move?

Dante Moore’s recruitment might be the most difficult to read of any of the five-star prospects left in the 2023 recruiting class. Moore is from Detroit and was offered by Michigan back when he was an eighth-grader.

Yet, Notre Dame emerged as the leader this spring and at one point, Notre Dame had an 89 percent chance of winning Moore’s commitment according to the On3.com prediction machine.

Now, that percentage has dropped to 39 percent. Michigan is sitting at four percent right now but after getting Moore on campus for his third unofficial visit of 2022, the Wolverines seem to at least have a chance to get some momentum.

Moore has taken just two official visits (Oregon and LSU). He has also talked about taking a visit to Texas A&M, so the Aggies might be a team to watch too, along with Miami.

The 5-star seemed high on Oregon after his visit but Jaden Rashada and Avery Johnson are also options for Oregon, while Notre Dame and Michigan are all in on Moore.

His recruitment feels up in the air and the question is, who will grab the momentum?
