Arkansas Football: Post-spring 2022 game-by-game predictions
BYU is one of those teams that will surprise people this season and really push for a New Year’s Six spot because that offense is going to be lethal behind Jaren Hall. He might be the most overlooked quarterback in the country and he’s going to have the Cougars contending for big things.
Will that be enough to take down an Arkansas team that will also be pushing for a New Year’s Six bowl? I’m not so sure.
Arkansas is going to pick up a massive road win here as KJ Jefferson has the game of his life in one of the most exciting quarterback duels of the season.
Final Score: Arkansas 42, BYU 35 (5-2)
I’m not even an Arkansas fan, but I’m still not over the Auburn robbery in 2020. The Tigers were gifted a win by the refs after Bo Nix appeared to spike the ball backwards but it was ruled incomplete instead of what should have been the game-deciding fumble and turnover. But we must move on here.
Arkansas has lost six straight to the Tigers, but Auburn seems to be in turmoil under Bryan Harsin with all of the off-field drama this offseason and he’s hanging on to his job by a thread. I think the Razorbacks march into Jordan-Hare and pick up a massive win to reach bowl eligibility before November.
Final Score: Arkansas 27, Auburn 20 (6-2, 3-2)
