Arkansas Football: Post-spring 2022 game-by-game predictions
There’s just something about Lane Kiffin that makes him so frightening. He is recruiting at a high level for a program that was in the cellar not too long ago with Arkansas and now the Rebels are winning 10-plus games and playing in New Year’s Six bowls. Kiffin, like Sam Pittman, has done an incredible job with the turnaround and he has taken full advantage of the transfer portal.
The self-proclaimed “Portal King” has brought in some elite talent to Oxford such as Jaxson Dart, Michael Trigg, and Zach Evans and I truly believe this offense is going to be top-10 in college football.
Arkansas will have a tough time stopping them and this one will be a mini shootout.
Final Score: Ole Miss 34, Arkansas 27 (7-4, 3-4)
After dropping two straight games to fall under .500 in conference play, Arkansas will end the season on a high note, traveling to Columbia to take on a Missouri team that really hasn’t been much of a threat over the past few years.
This game will still be close because no road game in conference play is ever easy, but Missouri just doesn’t have the firepower of Arkansas and KJ Jefferson’s clutch gene will kick into gear late in this one.
Final Score: Arkansas 27, Missouri 21 (8-4, 4-4)
