As the best recruit from Arkansas’ 2021 class, Ketron Jackson is rising at the right time with Treylon Burks heading to the NFL.

The former top-200 receiver had a quiet freshman season, playing just four games and catching five passes for 97 yards and a touchdown. He showed some flashes of being an incredible talent, but he didn’t really need to have a big year with Burks putting up over 1,100 yards and Warren Thompson coming in to help out as well.

Thompson is back for his final season in Fayetteville, but he may have to move aside as Jackson is my favorite to take over as the team’s go-to receiver.

KJ Jefferson is going to have to develop a rapport with a new top receiver and while he’s familiar with Thompson, Jackson just has a higher ceiling here. I think Thompson and Jackson could combine to create a heck of a one-two punch at receiver with Trey Knox excelling at tight end with Hudson Henry.

Jackson is a legit threat to break 1,000 yards and top 60 catches.
