UCF will have one of the most exciting offenses in the country in 2022

Whether the starting QB for 2022 is Mikey Keene or Ole Miss transfer John Rhys Plumlee, the Knights are going to have a dynamic athlete guiding the offense.

They’ll have outstanding skill position players to help get things humming. Returning for another year are seniors Ryan O’Keefe, one of the best wideouts in the AAC, and Isaiah Bowser, one of the best running backs in the conference.

You’ll find O’Keefe on the preseason Biletnikoff Award watch list and Bowser on the preseason Doak Walker Award watch list for the best wide receiver and best running back in the country, respectively.

This was a top-30 rushing team last season (196.3 yards per game) and a top-40 team in scoring on offense (31.9 points per game).

This team is going to be incredibly fun to watch in 2022.

UCF football just landed the biggest recruit in program history for 2023

If a potent offense and a really good outlook for the 2022 season doesn’t get the job done for you, then perhaps a look ahead to next season will.

The UCF football team just announced that they have signed the highest-rated recruit in program history in John Walker, a defensive lineman from nearby Kissimmee, Florida.

The 6’4,” 305lb big man reportedly chose the Knights over big-time programs like Florida, Michigan, Miami, Alabama, and Ohio State.

Walker is the school’s first-ever top-100 recruit (No. 99 overall), according to the Orlando Sentinel. The four-star player is ranked No. 11 nationally among all defensive linemen, according to 247 Sports.

With the program on the rise and a big name like Walker committing to be a Knight, it could be the first of several big-name dominoes to fall UCF’s way on the recruiting trail.
