Arkansas is in the middle of a gauntlet stretch here but at least it gets Alabama at home this time. The Razorbacks actually gave Alabama a fight last year in Tuscaloosa, losing by just a touchdown.

Bryce Young and the Tide haven’t forgotten that game and while they won, they want to inflict pain upon all opponents and they felt a little exposed against the Razorbacks in 2021. That’s not going to happen here as Alabama wins this one by at least two touchdowns in Fayetteville, quieting an electric crowd.

Prediction: Loss (3-2, 1-2)

In the spring, I had this projected as a loss for Arkansas, but upon further receiver, I think the Razorbacks hit the road and end a two-game skid with an emotional win over Mike Leach and Mississippi State.

The Bulldogs won’t be pushovers here, but KJ Jefferson will show some serious heart on the road and that defense will step up to stop Will Rogers and that explosive passing attack. This will be one of those “we’re not dead yet” wins for the Razorbacks.

Prediction: Win (4-2, 2-2)
