The 2022 college football season is finally upon us and we know what the preseason Top 25 looks like. Let’s give each team a bold prediction.

College football is finally back. It’s been a long offseason but we’re finally at the finish line as Week 0 games are just days away.

While there are no ranked games being played this week, we know what the preseason AP Top 25 looks like and we can speculate about national title contenders.

Fans have been debating the Top 25 for about a week now ever since it came out and while I’d argue that the preseason version of the rankings means next to nothing, it’s still worth looking at all of these teams and predicting how the season might play out.

So without further ado, here is one bold 2022 season prediction for every single preseason AP Top 25 team.

25. BYU: Finish season as highest-ranked non-Power Five team

The first (last) team in the rankings is BYU and I honestly think the Cougars are better than their current ranking. In fact, I’m so high on Kalani Sitake’s team that I believe they will finish as the highest-ranked non-Power Five team.

Yes, that even includes Notre Dame which is ranked No. 5 to start the year.

Jaren Hall is one of the most underrated quarterbacks in the entire nation and he’s going to lead the Cougars to a top-15 ranking and to a New Year’s Six berth.
