Ole Miss Football: Game-by-game predictions for the 2022 season
I’m a believer in Arkansas and Sam Pittman’s program, but they seem to lose games that they have no business faltering in every year and hosting a similarly-skilled Ole Miss team in the second-to-last game of the season should be a victory for the Razorbacks.
But it won’t be.
Arkansas is going to stumble after holding a lead for three quarters and Ole Miss scores 14 straight points to pick up a one-touchdown win in Fayetteville.
Prediction: Win (8-3, 4-3)
After finally getting back on track with a mammoth road win over a ranked Arkansas team, Ole Miss will finish the season on a high note with a two-score win over Mississippi State and Mike Leach. The Rebels will finish the year with a solid 9-3 record and have a chance at back-to-back 10-win campaigns with a bowl win.
Jaxson Dart will surpass the 3,000-yard passing mark through the air and Zach Evans will rush for 150 yards in this game to approach 1,500 on the year. Not a bad season for a team full of transfers.
Prediction: Win (9-3, 5-3)
