Week 2 of college football was rife with upsets and exciting games, now it’s time to crown the winners and losers after a great slate of games

College football Week 2 brought even more excitement and more action than we saw in the opening week of games.

No. 1 Alabama playing at Texas, got things off to a wild start, which saw the Longhorns push Nick Saban’s crew to their absolute limit. The Tide escaped Austin with a win by one point, thanks to a 33-yard field goal with 15 seconds left in the game.

No. 2 Georgia looks every bit ready to repeat as National Champs, having outscored their opponents 82-3 this season so far (Oregon, Stamford).

And then there’s everyone else. We saw multiple Top 25 teams fall during Week 2, all while paying millions of dollars to their so-called lesser counterparts in guarantees.

After experiencing just one loss in Week 1, the SEC suffered heavy losses this week, some at the hands of inter-conference play. Missouri losing to Kansas State by 28 points was pretty shocking, to say the least. Are Missouri fans starting to turn the heat up on the seat of Head Coach Elijah Drinkwitz?

Let’s dive into the winners and losers from a crazy Week 2 of college football.
