ESPN College GameDay Week 3 live stream: Watch App State vs. Troy online

Can you believe we’re already entering Week 3 and yet another installment of ESPN College GameDay? Me neither.

Where’s the crew headed this week? It’s not one of the two ranked matchups, but rather an underrated showdown in Boone, N.C., between App State and Troy. The rivalry game is even more interesting this year because App State is probably one convincing win away from breaking into the AP Top 25 after pulling off a massive upset of No. 6 Texas A&M last week in College Station.

If App State had won against North Carolina in Week 1, we might be talking about a top-15 team right now, but a two-point loss thwarted that.

Still, College GameDay is high on the Mountaineers and college football fans everywhere will probably get their first taste of Sun Belt country. This is sure to be an intense atmosphere and a surprisingly raucous environment for GameDay — it almost always is when the destination is a once-in-a-lifetime location.
