A matchup with Kent State meant a blowout win for Georgia in Week 4, right? Not so fast.

Georgia had been blowing by every opponent on the schedule this season and then it met Kent State and the game was tight. The Golden Flashes kept things close throughout and were making the Bulldogs feel uncomfortable throughout.

The Bulldogs were able to hang on and even slightly pull away a little bit late but it was never really a comfortable game. You have to give Kent State credit because it gave Georgia its toughest game of the year.

Stetson Bennett didn’t have his best game and neither did the defense but this is just one of those games where you’re just happy you didn’t implode and just move on to the next — maybe even burn the tape.
