Oh no, not I, I will survive
Oh, as long as I know how to love, I know I’ll stay alive
I’ve got all my life to live
And I’ve got all my love to give, and I’ll survive
I will survive, hey, hey

I will Survive by Gloria Gaynor

What do this week’s Pac-12 football power rankings look like?

This week was all about survival in the Pac-12. The No. 6 USC Trojans traveled to Corvallis and found the Oregon State Beavers more than a pushover. The Beavers had a great defensive game plan to slow the USC offense. Give the Trojans credit. However, its defense forced turnovers that eventually cost Oregon State the game.

The No. 13 Oregon Ducks found a way to survive the Washington State Cougars in Pullman. The Cougars took a 27-15 lead into the fourth quarter when the Ducks exploded for 29 points in the final frame to win 44-41. Wazzu had every opportunity to win the game but could not close the deal.

Though the Arizona/California game does not exactly qualify as survival mode, the Golden Bears found a lot of offense against a bad Arizona defense, exploding for 49 points in their win against the Wildcats.

So, to bells of victory, wars that are not very civil, and cups of apple, here are your Pac-12 football power rankings heading into Week 5.
