College Football Rankings 2022: Projected AP Top 25 for Week 6
Ohio State is just a well-oiled machine right now — shocker, right?
CJ Stroud passed for 154 yards and two touchdowns with a pick on 13-of-22 passing and he didn’t need to do much because his defense really showed up for him and the run game led by Miyan Williams was solid. He had 189 yards rushing with a total of five touchdowns as he was the driving force on offense with the passing game a relative non-factor.
Emeka Egbuka and Julian Fleming both had solid games receiving, though, and they may just have monster weeks in East Lansing next week with one of the nation’s worst passing defenses hosting the Buckeyes in Week 6.
Ohio State only allowed 187 total yards and really looked dominant for the fifth week in a row (maybe outside of the Notre Dame game). I think the Buckeyes will stay at No. 3 with Alabama picking up a huge ranked road win.
