Here are the Big 12 Power Rankings heading into week six:

All I do is win, win, win no matter what (What)
Got money on my mind, I can never get enough (‘Nough)
And every time I step up in the building, everybody hands go up
And they stay there (There), and they say yeah (Yeah)
And they stay there (Up, down, up, down, up, down)
‘Cause all I do is win (Win), win (Win), win
And if you going in put your hands in the air, make ’em stay there

Everyone needs to admit that Kansas is a good football team at some point. Their wins have not needed turnover luck or an outrageous play to win. The Jayhawks have won in high-scoring games and proved that they could also win ugly games. What stands out most about these Jayhawks, they play with the expectation of winning.

The most surprising result of the weekend has to be #17 TCU’s drubbing of Oklahoma 55-24. The Horned Frogs scored 27 points in the first quarter of the game. Oklahoma quarterback Dillon Gabriel did leave the game with an injury which is cause for concern. The defense is a more significant concern.

Kansas State had another solid conference performance. Their clunker against Tulane seems like it was a season ago. Quarterback Adrian Martinez had his best game in a Wildcats uniform.

So, to little apples, tasty Ames drinking water, and moonshine before games, here are the Big 12 Power Rankings heading into week six.
