3 takeaways from Michigan Football’s win over Indiana
In spite of Michigan’s dominance in the overall series between these two, Indiana consistently manages to keep these games close. Saturday was no different, as Michigan football won 31-10, but it was a bumpy ride for the Wolverines.
It was a one-score game until midway through the fourth quarter. It took almost the entire game for Michigan football to get into a rhythm, but once the Wolverines got there it was smooth sailing. Along the way, we learned a few things about both teams, which need to be addressed.
1. Mike Hart’s Condition, While Uncertain, Seems Promising
In one of the scarier moments in recent college football memory, Mike Hart reportedly had a seizure on the sidelines during the first quarter and was transported to. The game was stopped for about 10 minutes, during which players, coaches, and fans on both sides watched in shock. While the cause and exact status of Hart’s condition is currently unknown, Fox reported on their telecast that at halftime Hart called the Michigan team to let them know that he was doing alright.
While we are still waiting on further information that will likely come out as the day and week progress, the Wolverines can be cautiously optimistic about their running back coach.
