College football’s sixth week of play featured some interesting games that probably weren’t on anyone’s radar when the season began.

Saturday started off with one of the most intriguing matchups as No. 19 Kansas (yes, the Jayhawks are ranked in football) hosted No. 17 TCU, and College GameDay was even in town. The game lived up to the hype as both teams went back and forth for four quarters. There were even 42 (!!) points scored in the third quarter. In the end, TCU won a thriller.

Texas and Oklahoma played and the Longhorns may have played their way back into the AP Top 25 with the blowout win over their biggest rival. And Tennessee went to Baton Rouge for what looked like it’d be a good game but it ended up being a Volunteer blowout.

The day got even more intriguing with UCLA hosting Utah and the game ending up in a lopsided win for the Bruins. No one could have seen an undefeated UCLA team to this point in the year. Oklahoma State survived a scare against an upset-hungry Texas Tech team, Ohio State throttled Michigan State, and Washington got shocked by a deflated Arizona State team.

Kentucky, without Will Levis, fell to an upset against South Carolina at home and Notre Dame got back on track with a big win over BYU.

What will the new AP Top 25 look like for Week 7?
