Texas Tech has been one of those teams that can play with and beat anyone this season if the team is not ready.

The Red Raiders almost snuck up on Oklahoma State and stole a big one in Stillwater, but a 21-7 second-half advantage led to a 10-point win for the Cowboys. This came a week after asserting dominance in a victory over defending Big 12 champion Baylor.

Spencer Sanders just continues to play solid, safe football, passing for 297 yards and a touchdown on 22-of-45 completions and he didn’t throw a single pick. His run game didn’t carry him, either, as it accounted for just 137 yards and three scores on 41 carries.

The defense stepped up big when it mattered and only gave up one touchdown in the second half to secure the win.
