Wake Forest had its way with Boston College on Saturday afternoon as the Demon Deacons’ slim lead after the first quarter blossomed into a 43-15 blowout. Sam Hartman continues to throw a plethora of touchdowns and this team is rolling right now.

I think we’ll see Wake Forest jump ahead of USC this week with the win over Boston College even though it wasn’t the toughest competition.

The Demon Deacons looked really good and Hartman just remains one of the most underrated quarterbacks in the nation. Maybe the more I say this the less underrated he’ll actually be — I’m still hoping.

Dave Clawson’s team is sneaking up at the right time and it’s ready to shock the ACC and win the conference. A playoff berth is not out of the question here.
