ESPN College GameDay Week 9 live stream: Watch Jackson State vs. Southern

If you’re tired of the same old College GameDay locations in the FBS, you’ll want to tune into Saturday’s edition of the celebrated show as it heads down to Jackson, Miss., for an HBCU rivalry.

Jackson State, which is currently 7-0 and one of the best teams in the FCS, will host the Southern Jaguars (5-2) on Saturday. It will be one of the most entertaining games of the week and props to the GameDay crew for showing some love to the FCS, and more notably, the HBCUs.

A familiar face will be on the sidelines for Jackson State in Deion Sanders. He’s one of the most interesting personalities in college athletics and he’s quickly coaching his way onto every major program’s short list for potential coaching candidates. Sanders loves where he currently is, though, so it may be tough to pluck him from Jackson State.

On Saturday, he’ll get a chance to showcase his talented team for the rest of the country to see and I love that the GameDay crew is showing this love and expanding their range.

Jackson State may be the clear favorite, on paper, but you can’t count out Jackson State.

This is going to be a fun game so make sure to tune in.
