2. CJ Stroud continues to show why he’s a Heisman favorite

When Penn State was storming back to take a lead over Ohio State at the half and the Buckeyes’ offense got a little stale, you could almost feel everyone turning on Ryan Day and the team’s play-calling.

But even through all of this, the Buckeyes found a way to win and CJ Stroud played one of his better games in a hostile environment. He was making some huge throws all game long and threw just seven incomplete passes on 33 attempts against a solid defense.

Stroud finished the game with 354 yards and a touchdown, averaging over 10 per attempt and only strengthening his already-strong Heisman campaign.

If the Buckeyes continue winning and head into that final game against Michigan with an 11-0 record (which looks likely), Stroud is going to be right there at the top of the Heisman race.

What better way to cap off a Heisman campaign than with a revenge game against your top rival?
