2. Haynes King had a horrible second half

Haynes King got the last-minute start against Florida on Saturday afternoon with Conner Weigman ruled out and he looked good — for a half.

King started the game 14-for-19 through the air and looked like a completely different quarterback than the one who got benched earlier in the season for anyone and everyone available. After starting red-hot, he was ice-cold.

In fact, he finished the game 9-for-26 and didn’t really give his offense much of a shot in the second half. He was able to lead the Aggies to 24 first-half points but they just couldn’t get anything going in the second half with him sailing his throws and just looking off.

Plus, the fact that he doesn’t utilize his speed by tucking and running is just baffling.

I can bet Jimbo Fisher can’t wait to get Weigman back.
