College GameDay is headed to the Big 12 this week for a monster game in the Lone Star State.

Texas, the No. 18 team in the playoff rankings, will be hosting No. 4 TCU in arguably the biggest game of the season as the conference is trying to send a team to that final four. The Horned Frogs likely need to win on Saturday at Texas to have a shot, but even with a loss, the dream of a playoff berth for Sonny Dykes’ team is not dead.

It’s been a fantastic season for Dykes as he took over for Gary Patterson and has found immediate success, leading the Horned Frogs to a 9-0 record. No one saw this coming.

Texas, on the other hand, will be looking to pull off the upset, and Quinn Ewers will be in the spotlight once again. If he was healthy earlier in the year, he likely would have led the Longhorns to an upset win over Alabama in Austin. Will he make up for that on Saturday?
