The college football season is winding down and looking ahead to another Saturday, here are some bold predictions/upset alerts for College Football Week 12.

We are getting closer and closer to the college football version of selection Sunday and while College Football Week 12 doesn’t have a ton of marquee matchups, you can bet the playoff race won’t be the same Saturday night as it is right now.

There are two top-15 matchups in the Pac-12 that could impact the race. USC is probably the only one left with any hope of the College Football Playoff but you never know.

Michigan, Ohio State, LSU, Tennessee, and Georgia are all facing unranked teams. Will there be upsets in College Football Week 12? We offer up our bold predictions and upset picks.

UCLA takes down USC

The Bruins might be easy to overlook especially after a loss to Arizona last week but the Trojans run defense allows over four yards per carry, which isn’t going to be a good thing against Zach Charbonnet.

Dorian Thompson-Robinson should also be able to take advantage of the Trojans’ pass defense which allows 7.3 yards per pass attempt. USC does have Heisman contender Caleb Williams. Will he have Jordan Addison? We know starting running back Travis Dye is out for the season and that really hurts.

USC has other running backs but in a game where both defenses will struggle, the Bruins will able to keep Williams on the sidelines more thanks to Charbonnet, who goes off in a UCLA win.
