Didn’t we almost have it all
When love was all we had worth giving?
The ride with you was worth the fall, my friend
Loving you makes life worth living
Didn’t we almost have it all
The night we held on till the morning
You know you’ll never love that way again
Didn’t we almost have it all

What do the Week 13 ACC football power rankings look like?

Welcome back to headquarters, where we are all shaking our heads. The No. 18 North Carolina Tar Heels were in the running for the College Football Playoff. They needed a smidge of chaos (i.e., a TCU or USC loss) but would argue if they ran the table and defeated No. 7, Clemson, in the ACC Championship game.

Alas, UNC laid an egg against Georiga Tech and lost 21-17. Drake Maye had his worst outing of the season as the Tar Heels’ playoff dreams came crashing down.

If this were an expanded playoff season, Florida State would be one team I would not want to play early. Jordan Travis is playing exceptional football, and the running game, led by Lawrence Toafili, is hitting on all cylinders. Jared Verse and Patrick Payton have combined for 11.5 sacks this season. If I were a team at the top, I’d hope FSU was left out of the playoff.

So, to the rivalry that ain’t and the Ramblin’ Wreck that keeps on truckin’, here are the ACC football power rankings heading into Week 13.
