Predictions for College Football Week 13 including Michigan vs Ohio State, Notre Dame Football vs USC, as well as best bets, and upset alerts.

The College Football Playoff race has started to take shape and there is going to be plenty on the line in College Football Week 13.

Michigan vs Ohio State is always important in the Big Ten and it will be a top-6 matchup for the second straight year.

The Buckeyes are No. 2 while Michigan is No. 3. Both teams have hopes of making the playoff and it could happen even with a loss, especially depending on how the games go.

There are other important rivalry games that will have playoff implications in College Football Week 13 such as Clemson vs South Carolina, Georgia vs Georgia Tech, and Oregon State vs Oregon.

Notre Dame football could really add an element of chaos to the College Football Playoff with an upset win over USC, while Clemson losing would be a huge boon to the loser of the Michigan-Ohio State game.

Looking ahead to College Football Week 13, here are predictions for all the key games, upset alerts, and best bets.

Michigan vs Ohio State prediction

This is the matchup everyone is waiting for. C.J. Stroud is the Heisman Trophy favorite but he needs to win this game to win the award. Blake Corum is hurt and we don’t know his status.

Corum did return for one carry against Illinois and this is Michigan vs Ohio State — arguably the biggest game in all of college football — so I wouldn’t be surprised if he played.

It should be an epic battle. The Michigan defense is unlike any Ohio State has faced this season, but you can say the same about the Ohio State offense.

Marvin Harrison Jr. and the receivers should be able to make enough plays and as long as Stroud isn’t hit as much as he was a year ago, Ohio State should win a classic.

Buckeyes 27-24.
