Michigan currently sits at 13-0 overall and 10-0 in Big Ten play, and is gearing up for a massive showdown with TCU in the Fiesta Bowl (CFP semifinal) on New Year’s Eve. With a lot of extra time on his hands, Jim Harbaugh is back on the recruiting trail, and his antics are still going strong.

Michigan fans (and its rival fans) have heard all about Harbaugh’s antics when it comes to recruiting. The Wolverines’ head coach has done it all — from climbing trees to sleeping over at a kicker’s house.

It is even rumored that Harbaugh lost a recruit because he refused to take his football cleats off when he got to the recruit’s home. I am not here to tell you Harbaugh is a weird guy; we all know he is. That is not a bad thing, I am not saying it negatively, but Harbaugh can be pretty odd sometimes.

Harbaugh the… dishwasher?

Over the weekend, photos of Jim Harbaugh washing dishes at a recruits house came out. The Wolverines are trying to keep three-star in-state receiver Semaj Morgan in the state of Michigan. On Sunday, Harbaugh did a conjoined in-home visit with Morgan and four-star offensive lineman Amir Herring.

Erika Morgan, Semaj’s mother, posted photos of Harbaugh helping with the dishes during the visit.

Once again, Harbaugh has proven to be one of the most unintentionally hilarious people in the world — there is no reason for this to be funny, but it simply is. Why? Because it’s Harbaugh doing something out of the ordinary.

According to 247Sports, Michigan football has already landed hard commitments from Morgan and Herring. The 2023 recruits from West Bloomfield High School are top-10 in Michigan.

Love him or hate him, Harbaugh gives a unique recruiting pitch that is good for the University of Michigan’s brand, and clearly, it is working on the field as well.
