The No. 1 overall prospect in the state of Arkansas from the 2022 class was committed to Oregon before Mario Cristobal decided to leave for Miami. When that happened, Isaiah Sategna decided to flip his commitment to home-state Arkansas and he ended up signing with the Razorbacks.

Sategna was ranked the No. 137 overall recruit and No. 23 receiver in the 2022 class, according to the 247Sports composite.

The top two receivers on the team from 2022 are now headed to the NFL as Jadon Haselwood and Matt Landers led the Razorbacks with over 1,600 combined yards after transferring in before the season. Replacing those targets won’t be easy, but Sategna looks like he’s capable of being a WR1.

Sategna was able to retain his redshirt as a freshman since he played in just four games and had two catches for 12 yards. We’ll see those numbers skyrocket in 2023.
