This game has been winnable for Arkansas for years ever since Sam Pittman took over and 2023 is no different.

On paper, Texas A&M should be one of the best teams in the country but it seems to underperform every year and I think that’ll continue next season. I can see Arkansas pulling off a big rivalry win at AT&T Stadium here and he Jimbo Fisher hot seat talk will be amplified once again.

Another masterful performance from KJ Jefferson in this one.

Prediction: Win (4-1, 1-1)

Right after going to LSU and playing Texas A&M at a neutral site, Arkansas must travel to Ole Miss to face the Fighting Lane Kiffins. This game in Oxford is never easy, especially with the Rebel program trending in the right direction under Kiffin.

Jaxson Dart returns at quarterback and the offense should be better than it was in 2022 so I expect Ole Miss to be a legit SEC contender.

That’s bad news for Arkansas which won’t be able to overcome a hostile environment to pull off the road upset.

Prediction: Loss (4-2, 1-2)
