Maryland is an afterthought in the Big Ten and this won’t be much of a contest. Although this game will be played on the road, I just don’t think the Terps have what it takes to beat Michigan in massive upset fashion, even with Taulia Tagovailoa returning for another year.

The Terrapins will have yet another disappointing season under Mike Locksley and we’ll be talking about potential coaching changes in College Park after this blowout loss.

Maryland will keep it close for a quarter, though.

Prediction: Win (10-1, 7-1)

This is the game circled on every Michigan and Ohio State fan’s calendar. Not only is this the biggest rivalry game in college football, but it usually decides the winner of the Big Ten and which team will have the best shot to make the playoff. This year will be no different.

I could see Ohio State heading into this one with one loss or even zero while the Wolverines will have the one defeat at Penn State.

The winner here, however, heads to the Big Ten title game.

And that winner, for a third straight season, will be Michigan. I just don’t think Ryan Day knows how to beat the Wolverines anymore and he may very well be on his way out of town if he loses to Michigan and misses the Big Ten title game for a third straight season.

Prediction: Win (11-1, 8-1)
