5 biggest winners from college football recruiting in February
Georgia
The Bulldogs are recruiting exactly like you’d think the two-time defending national champions would recruit.
As we said, Georgia already has 10 commitments total and one of those came this month from one of the top recruits in the 2024 class — cornerback Ellis Robinson IV. He’s 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, and is the No. 1 overall prospect at cornerback.
In other words, Robinson IV is elite and he’s going to have a bright future at Georgia. The Bulldogs also got some good news when co-defensive coordinator Glenn Schumann decided to stay with Georgia instead of leaving for the NFL.
Georgia will need to recover from losing Todd Monken to the NFL. That could hurt Georgia with Dylan Raiola, but the Bulldogs are hosting four-star Jake Merklinger for a visit and the in-state passer is also a top-100 signal-caller, so UGA is in a great spot at QB too.
