These new players will have an impact on ACC Football this fall.

College football is back! Well, college football is getting ready to be back. It seemed like Georgia hoisted its second straight National Championship trophy last weekend. Spring practice is right around the corner for many teams. The first spring game in the ACC is less than a month away.

As teams prepare for the 2023 season, spring practice is the first leg. January enrollees have arrived on campus, along with transfers that have transferred.

With spring practice comes storylines; in the ACC, it’s about the quarterbacks. Devin Leary, Brennan Armstrong, Sam Hartman, and DJ Uiagalelei have all transferred out of the conference. Drake Maye, Jordan Travis, and Kade Clubnik are now the faces of the ACC.

Does that mean teams like Duke, Wake Forest, and Georgia Tech no longer have a shot at a conference title?

All of these storylines are affected by the impact that new players (prospects and transfers) have on their new teams. Here is a look at some players who could significantly impact their new teams in 2023.
