A nice way to cleanse the palate after seeing back-to-back solid Power Five teams. Weber State may have been one of the best teams from the Big Sky last season, going 10-3, but I don’t see Utah having much trouble with the Wildcats in Salt Lake City.

While I’d love to say this will be a cakewalk, I do think Weber State will give at least a little resistance to the Utes. But in the end, Utah wins by three touchdowns and improves to 2-1 on the season.

Prediction: Win (2-1)

Chip Kelly has done a tremendous job with UCLA so don’t expect the Utes to handle the Bruins like they may have done prior to him taking over or even a couple of years ago. But getting the Bruins to travel to Rice-Eccles is going to result in a big win for the Utes.

Cameron Rising and the offense will gain some momentum while the defense might just feast on a freshman quarterback in the biggest road game of his young career.

Utah wins a tight one.

Prediction: Win (3-1, 1-0 Pac-12)
