Arkansas Football: 3 players whose stock is rising after 2023 spring game
OK, so I’ve already raved about AJ Green and what he was able to do in the spring game on just eight carries, but Isaiah Sategna was the top performer during the scrimmage, in my opinion.
The former Oregon commit who decided to return home for college ball after Mario Cristobal left for Miami had himself quite the day for the Razorbacks. I expected him to be a breakout candidate this season, but I didn’t think he’d wow people like he did during the spring game with a game-high 95 yards and two touchdowns on three receptions. He caught all three of his targets.
Sategna had just two catches for 12 yards as a freshman, but the former highly-touted four-star prospect from Fayetteville is poised for a monster season in 2023 with an opportunity to start staring him in the face.
After the impressive spring game performance, I think we’re going to see him talked about as a potential starter and breakout star in 2023.
If there’s one player I’m buying all the stock in, it’s Satagna.
