Arkansas Football: Predicting where Razorbacks land in 2023 NFL Draft
A good number of NFL draft experts believe that Jadon Haselwood will go undrafted this weekend and I’m just not sold on him getting passed up for seven straight rounds. He’s too good for that.
Coming over from Oklahoma before the 2022 season, Haselwood had just 62 career receptions for 736 yards and seven touchdowns, but he was fresh off his best year as a Sooner in 2021. He had 39 catches for 399 yards and six scores as a redshirt sophomore and that momentum seemed to carry over to his time at Arkansas.
With the Razorbacks, he finished with 702 yards and three touchdowns on 59 receptions in 12 games. He was one of the better offensive weapons for Sam Pittman and Co. this year and he should get a decent look at an NFL roster in 2023.
Haselwood has good size at 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds but his 4.66 40-yard dash might scare teams away.
I still think a team will take a chance on him in the seventh round and that’s my prediction — and I’m sticking to it.
