With the 2023 NFL Draft in the books and several Notre Dame football players hearing their names called over the weekend, it’s time to look ahead to 2024.

The Fighting Irish should have a handful of top NFL draft prospects to work with this upcoming season and Marcus Freeman could even have a first-rounder next season.

Who are Notre Dame’s top prospects for the 2024 NFL Draft?

I debated going Lorenzo Styles, Cam Hart, or Jack Kiser here, but I really think that Audric Estime is going to catch some NFL teams’ attention this coming season and through the draft process.

As a sophomore, the 5-foot-11, 225-pound monster of a back broke out for 920 yards and 11 touchdowns on 5.9 yards per carry and he caught nine passes for 135 yards. He was an impressive dual-threat back and should be even better without Logan Diggs breathing down his neck this year.

With an even larger role, I think we’re going to see Estime surpass 1,300 rushing yards easily and probably around 10-15 touchdowns on around 6.0 yards per carry.

Notre Dame fans should enjoy Estime while they still have him because he’s likely to be gone this year and he should be a mid-round pick.
