Things don’t get any easier for Colorado after facing Oregon to start conference play. In fact, the Buffaloes will face arguably the best team in the conference the following week back in Boulder.

USC comes to town with the reigning Heisman Trophy winner in Caleb Williams back at quarterback and he’s going to have a field day against this defense.

Colorado’s secondary is far from what Deion Sanders is working towards and this game is going to be fairly ugly.

Prediction: Loss (1-4, 0-2)

Vibes will be down after a 1-4 overall start and 0-2 conference record, but Arizona State is in a bad position, too. The Sun Devils are coming out of the Herm Edwards era and don’t have a ton to show for it, but Kenny Dillingham seems like a smart hire.

Unfortunately for Arizona State, that won’t pay off immediately.

Arizona State is going to have a 2022 Colorado-type season, in my opinion, and Colorado is going to pick up its first Pac-12 win in the Deion Sanders era.

Prediction: Win (2-4, 1-2)
