3. Florida

We talked about Florida football a couple of weeks ago when they were able to steal away Aaron Chiles from Michigan, but in all the Gators got six blue-chip commitments in the month of June.

Florida football picked up 10 commitments total in the month of June, but four of those ranked in the top 200 overall via the 247 Sports composite rankings, and two were in the top 100.

Chiles was a huge get. Michigan football was the projected leader when Chiles went to Florida football for his official visit and by the end of the weekend, the top-100 linebacker was committed.

Chiles is ranked 77th overall, but Jamonta Waller is ranked No. 72 overall. Florida football landed the top-100 EDGE this month too and with all of the movement, Billy Napier’s team moved into the top five of the 2024 college football recruiting team rankings.

With a five-star quarterback included, this has the look of a truly elite class and one that might even hang in the top five when the 2024 class is signed.
