New Ohio State football commit trolls Michigan during commitment stream (Video)
Ohio State football fans are celebrating a big win over Michigan on Sunday afternoon.
After a hotly-contested recruitment between Michigan, Ohio State, and Oregon, the Buckeyes won out for top-100 prospect Aaron Scott Jr. from Springfield, Ohio.
The Wolverines have landed their share of Ohio commits this cycle and Jim Harbaugh was hoping that Scott would be the latest but he committed to the Buckeyes on a live stream on Sunday evening, opting to stay “home.”
But his commitment stream didn’t come without a little controversy.
Ohio State football pledge trolls Michigan on stream
As Scott was getting ready to pick a school, he had a Buckeye backpack with an Ohio State hat along with a Michigan backpack and Wolverines hat sitting on the table in front of him. He picked up the Ohio State bag and hat and shook his head, tossing it aside. The attendees were stunned.
He then picked up the Michigan bag and everyone assumed he was about to pull out a Wolverines shirt at that point and commit to Harbaugh, but he pulled another switcheroo. He pulled out an Ohio State jersey from the Michigan bag and announced he was a Buckeye.
Just watch the troll:

Obviously Michigan fans didn’t like this too much but Buckeye fans enjoyed the troll more than anyone. I mean, the absolute disrespect of pulling an Ohio State jersey out of a Michigan backpack to commit to the Buckeyes. Unreal.
Scott is going to be a fan favorite in Columbus, it seems.
