23. Wisconsin

Wisconsin may not have had a very good year of packing Camp Randall in 2022 and it had a lot to do with the average product on the field, but unlike Alabama, they weren’t cheering for a team that won 11 games and had a Heisman winner at quarterback.

Instead, Wisconsin ran out a makeshift offense with Graham Mertz and basically told Braelon Allen to carry the team on his back. The Badgers went just 7-6 and barely made a bowl game.

However, Wisconsin fans are notorious for being passionate and electric at football games. Camp Randall is always shaking, especially after the third quarter when ‘Jump Around’ plays for the entire stadium. That’s one of the most iconic fan scenes in sports.

A 92.3% average capacity is not great, but Wisconsin fans always make up for it with their passion and electric atmosphere.
