Sam Hartman will get to face his former program one time before leaving college and I think this game is going to lead him to having a career game. The Demon Deacons’ offense will obviously take a huge step back and the defense has been bad for years.

Hartman is going to throw for 400 yards in this one as Tobias Merriweather, too, has a career game, catching 10 passes for 150 yards and two touchdowns.

Notre Dame will light up the scoreboard on Senior Day.

Prediction: Win (9-2)

To end the regular season, Notre Dame will have a chance to get revenge on Stanford. The Cardinal shocked Notre Dame last year in South Bend, 16-14, in David Shaw’s final season and Marcus Freeman is going to make sure that doesn’t happen again.

In order to save a 10-win regular season, the Irish will have to beat Stanford in Palo Alto and I think they do just that.

Notre Dame wins a close one.

Prediction: Win (10-2)
