No. 22 UCLA at Utah (-5.5) (3:30 PM EST, Fox)

The afternoon window in Week 4 of the college football season is loaded with tasty matchups and one of them is in Salt Lake City as the Utah Utes will host the UCLA Bruins in a battle of Pac-12 contenders.

It sounds like Cam Rising could make his season debut on Saturday against the Bruins, who have their own star quarterback in true freshman Dante Moore.

Chip Kelly has been building the program out in Los Angeles and had a breakthrough moment of sorts with the win over Utah a season ago.

The Utes will be looking for revenge and playing the game in Salt Lake is going to make a world of difference. Utah’s very tough to beat at home.

Utah’s defense is stellar once again (10th in scoring defense, 1.7 takeaways per game) and if Rising comes back and gives the offense a spark, the Utes should win.
