Week 4 saw six AP Top 25 matchups and that meant that there would be a big shakeup coming to the next poll. College football fans were treated to a heck of a weekend.

The weekend started with a Wisconsin win over Purdue on the road on Friday night as the Badgers made a bid to get back into the rankings with a three-touchdown win over the Boilermakers.

There were plenty of ranked matchups on Saturday, but one of the best games was Florida State at Clemson which will pretty much decide the ACC. The Tigers looked like they were about to pull off the upset, but the Seminoles held on and beat Clemson in overtime, 31-24. There were also a couple of sleepy games in the noon slate such as Michigan beating Rutgers and Oklahoma taking care of Cincinnati.

In the afternoon slate, Oregon dominated Colorado in one of the most shocking blowouts of the weekend. OK, anyone who has watched the Buffaloes flirt with losses against lesser opponents over the last two weeks saw that loss to Oregon coming. Alabama also held on to beat a pesky Ole Miss team.

The night slate had everyone’s attention as Ohio State went into Notre Dame looking to prove itself as a top team in college football. It did just that.

What could the AP Top 25 look like this week?
