Colorado football: 3 bold predictions vs. No. 10 Oregon in Week 4
2. Colorado football will have two 100-yard receivers
You might think that because Travis Hunter is out, Shedeur Sanders doesn’t have any legit targets to get the ball to. That’s just not true.
In fact, the Buffaloes have six different receivers who have accounted for over 100 receiving yards on the season. That’s fairly impressive considering this offense was non-existent a year ago. Granted, the roster is completely different this season.
So with Hunter out, I could see guys like Xavier Weaver and Jimmy Horn Jr. stepping up. These guys are each going to have over 100 receiving yards against Oregon on Saturday.
If the Buffaloes want a chance at pulling off the improbable upset, they’ll need these two guys and maybe Dylan Edwards or Michael Harrison to step up in the passing game.
I see two 100-yard receivers for Colorado against the Ducks.
