2. Dante Moore out-duels Cam Rising

Everyone is excited for this quarterback matchup in Salt Lake City as Cam Rising will be making his 2023 debut against Dante Moore and the Bruins. This has all the makings of a classic Pac-12 battle.

Everyone has been waiting for the return of Rising to the back-to-back Pac-12 champions, but he’s going to get out-dueled by a freshman in his first appearance of the season.

This doesn’t mean that Rising is washed up or has lost his touch or anything like that but rather he’s just going to be shaking off some rust after missing an extended amount of time.

Moore has only thrown 12 passes in two out of three games this season and the one time he passed the ball more than 12 times, he looked like a star. He had 290 yards and three touchdowns on 17-of-27 completions against San Diego State.

Chip Kelly will give him a vote of confidence and let him sling it on Saturday against a solid Utah defense but he’ll out-duel Rising to the tune of 270 yards and three touchdowns.

Moore will become a household name on Saturday.
