Pac-12 Power Rankings for Week 9: Trojans and Huskies survive, Ducks dominate Utes, Wildcats upset Beavers.

Yeah, I’m motivated
Yeah, I’m underrated
Watch the imitators lookin’ like me

This life’s like a fantasy
Everyone wants to be on
Reach out for the things I need
But is it all just a mirage?

Is it just a mirage?
Is it just a mirage?
Just a mirage…

Welcome back to Headquarters between the bubble wrap and the fleet of Two Guys and a Truck of vehicles. We are seeing the wheat separate from the chaff at the conference. God bless some of the bottom teams, though. Cal, Arizona State, and Stanford are playing their hearts out; they just don’t have the jimmies and joes to win.

If it’s possible to lose a game and look like the better team, the #6 Oregon Ducks are doing just that. Despite losing to the Huskies, the Ducks look like the best team in the Pac-12. Kyle Whittingham should receive coach of the year nominations for the job he’s done at Utah, but the jig was up on Saturday.

How about those Wildcats? Arizona is playing good football at the right time. They just might get someone else.

So, to those crazy co-eds that run with a live buffalo and the guy with the pooper scooper following the Washington Huskie, here are the Pac-12 Power Rankings heading into week ten.
