College Football Rankings 2023: Projected playoff Top 25 for Week 11
No Keon Coleman? Not much of a problem outside of the first quarter and parts of the first half. Florida State was only up 10-7 at halftime over Pitt on the road, but the Seminoles woke up in the second half to run away with an important win and escape a major trap in Pittsburgh.
Jordan Travis led Florida State to a 10-point second quarter and 14-point third quarter which was the difference in this one.
Although the Seminoles’ top receiver was out, Travis was able to pass for around 400 yards while leading the team to a huge road win.
Trey Benson hit 100 yards as well and the offense really maintained its momentum.
Florida State will be in the top four again this week and Travis only furthered his Heisman campaign. I think we’ll see the Seminoles drop a spot after Washington impressed with a win at USC.
