College Football Rankings 2023: Projected playoff Top 25 for Week 11
Oregon and Cal were off to a hot start offensively on Saturday evening as the Ducks led 14-13 in the first half and it felt like a track meet.
That slim lead didn’t last long as the Ducks rattled off 21 straight points to take a 35-13 lead into the half. I think everyone knew that the game was pretty much done at that point. Cal just didn’t have the firepower to keep up with Bo Nix and Bucky Irving and that electric Oregon offense.
Cal scored quickly to start the second half, but Oregon just poured it on and built a massive lead thanks to yet another great game from Nix. He is quickly rising up Heisman lists and there’s a very good chance he’ll be representing Oregon at the ceremony next month.
Oregon is a machine right now.
