Jordan Travis was fifth on this list a week ago, but the downfall of the USC Trojans has knocked Caleb Williams out and the loss by LSU to Alabama dropped Jayden Daniels.

Travis, on the other hand, played really well in a win at Pitt. No, the Panthers weren’t exactly a formidable foe, but he still went off to 360 yards and a touchdown with no picks even without his best receiver healthy. He didn’t have Keon Coleman and still had a huge game. He didn’t run the ball well, but he still added another touchdown on the ground.

The Seminoles don’t have any major remaining chances for Travis to add to his Heisman resume, but if they can win out and beat teams like Miami and Florida handily while he puts up huge numbers, he could receive an invite to New York.

It’d be really tough to leave Travis out after leading Florida State to a 12-0 season.

Plus, he has some impressive numbers with 2,469 yards and 19 touchdowns with just two picks. He also has 190 rushing yards and seven more scores. He needs a huge end to the season.
