4. Deion Sanders, Colorado HC

This has been my theory for about a half year now. I’ve been calling Deion Sanders to Texas A&M since the summer, and I’m now one step closer to seeing that become a reality.

Basically, Deion Sanders is the new shiny toy in college football and a lot of programs would pay big money to pry him away from Colorado. He’s had all the hype this season and while the Buffaloes are just 4-6, he led them to being ranked earlier in the year with a hot start, including a huge win at reigning national runner-up TCU to start the season.

It’s not just the fact that he’s already quadrupled Colorado’s win total from a year ago and put the Buffaloes back on the map, it’s that he’s brought excitement back to the program.

Oh, and he’s a heck of a recruiter.

Sanders is recruiting at an elite level at Colorado, just imagine what he could do at Texas A&M with more resources and more of a draw to win now. Plus, he’d be inheriting an extremely talented roster in College Station.

I do believe that Sanders’ dream job is to coach in the SEC and this is the perfect opportunity.
