Mountain West

Dec. 2 at the home stadium of the No. 1 seed.

Air Force’s recent skid has blown the doors wide open on this conference. Similarly, to the ACC, Wyoming and Utah are able to tie the below teams for a Championship bid, but they would lose out on tiebreaker procedure, therefore they are already eliminated from contention.

Eligible Teams:

  1. Air Force (5-1)
Clinching Scenario: Win vs. UNLV and Fresno, Boise, San Jose State loss.
  2. UNLV (5-1)
Clinching Scenario: Win @ Air Force and Fresno, Boise, San Jose State loss.
  3. Fresno State (4-2)
    Staying-Alive-Scenario: W vs. New Mexico.
  4. Boise State (4-2)
    Staying-Alive-Scenario: W at Utah State.
  5. San Jose State (4-2)
Staying-Alive-Scenario: W vs. San Diego State.

Fresno State, Boise State, and San Jose State all benefit from the UNLV @ AFA game because they tie the loser assuming they win their own game.

Mountain West tiebreaker procedure.
